It's the first annual "Limerick-go-round" - write a garden-
related limerick! Compete for big prizes and national
television recognition! (Not really, just share limericks!)
Subsequent meetings are held the 1st and 3rd Sundays
of each month through December. . . all meetings begin
promptly at 11 a.m.

Sunday, October 7, at 1 pm, we'll begin getting
the hives ready for winter. All are welcome.
Kids -- please wear long pants!

Sunday, October 14, at 1 pm, is the
bat-house building workshop.
This is definitely kid-friendly,
and we'll have refreshments.

Sunday October 21 starting at noon -- pond workday!

Sunday, October 28th is pumpkin carving -- help the garden get ready for Halloween!
1 pm - 4 or so...
fallish refreshments will be served.

Wednesday, October 31 is Halloween! Members who'd like to
to greet trick or treaters, hang out, and hand out candy
are always welcome.
4:30-7 pm
or 'til the candy runs out!
Stop by with your goblins!
Wow -- we handed out 108 "ghost bags" in an hour!
And leftover candy went right after that...
